Tine & Cellar is a culmination of rustic & satisfying flavors of the Old World with a vibrant & contemporary twist, paired with an extensive list of draft beers, fine wines, plus an exquisite craft cocktail selection.


Individuals holding this title will be responsible for leading a team while cooking and creating exceptional dishes via the direction of upper management. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.


  • Develop unique and on-brand menu items and specials
  • Hire, develop, and lead kitchen staff
  • Inventory and order food items and other various supplies
  • Maintain the integrity of and matching the company standards of operation
  • Create and implement systems to prioritize a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure the proper stocking, rotation, and preparation of every station
  • Learn and perform all opening and closing tasks to the highest standard
  • Develop staff to learn new techniques and dishes
  • Work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude and being a true leader
  • Maintain proper COGS and Labor percentages
