Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $45-65,000/yrTine & Cellar is a culmination of rustic & satisfying flavors of the Old World with a vibrant & contemporary twist, paired with an extensive list of draft beers, fine wines, plus an exquisite craft cocktail selection.
Individuals holding this title will be responsible for leading a team while cooking and creating exceptional dishes via the direction of upper management. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.
- Develop unique and on-brand menu items and specials
- Hire, develop, and lead kitchen staff
- Inventory and order food items and other various supplies
- Maintain the integrity of and matching the company standards of operation
- Create and implement systems to prioritize a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure the proper stocking, rotation, and preparation of every station
- Learn and perform all opening and closing tasks to the highest standard
- Develop staff to learn new techniques and dishes
- Work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude and being a true leader
- Maintain proper COGS and Labor percentages
