Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAll Lines Technology is seeking a versatile IT Support Specialist with a broad range of skills and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have a background in an MSP or Corporate Enterprise environment, experience with desktops and networking, and a knack for problem-solving in client-facing roles. Proficiency in Active Directory is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows desktop Operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining IT systems and applications.
  • Utilize Active Directory for user and group management, permissions, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve IT challenges and improve system performance.
  • Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Participate in regular training and development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in an MSP environment or Corporate Enterprise.
  • Strong knowledge of server and networking technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting a variety of IT issues across different platforms.
  • Operational experience managing and deploying endpoints with Microsoft Intune.
  • Operational Experience with Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Certification(s) in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) is an advantage.
 
Education & Experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience including experience in an environment of comparable size/complexity.
  • Understanding of Windows Desktop Operating System.
  • Understanding of DNS and DHCP.
  • Expert Understanding of Office 365 applications.
 
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements) up to 10%.
  • Position in Hybrid with 2 to 3 days onsite in Cranberry Township, PA.
