Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  • Program and modify PLCs to optimize equipment performance
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
  • Collaborate with production team to identify and address equipment-related concerns
  • Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve PLC, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with machine brands such as Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens
  • Ability to program and modify PLCs
  • Experience with hydraulics and other related systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
