Key Responsibilities
- Repair 1 phase padmount transformers.
- Estimate repair costs of 1 phase padmount transformers.
- Scrap unrepairable units and pull shop cards.
- Read and comprehend customer specifications. Complete warranty and report analysis.
- Perform quality check on units before they leave the department.
- Use basic math skills to calculate amps and ratios of transformers.
- Meet repair and defect goals set by supervisor.
- Responsible for all shop equipment and tools in his/her workstation.
- Maintain safe, clean, and orderly workstation.
- Operation of forklift, overhead crane and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Work as a team with fellow associates to accomplish your objectives.

- Honest, trustworthy and reliable.

- Physical ability to perform heavy work, exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or in excess of 20lbs force frequently
