Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $3,000 Assistant Varsity Coach / $6,000 Varsity Coach Stipend

HSCPA is looking for Tennis coaches to lead our team to a winning season. In this position, you will work with our athletes to help improve their skills and performance. This may involve leading conditioning exercises,  providing instruction on in-game strategy, and more. You will also attend games and make travel arrangements for away games. Our ideal candidate has experience playing tennis at the college level and has previous team sports coaching experience. A degree in sports management or exercise science is also beneficial.


Tennis Coach Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule the tennis season
  • Conduct player tryouts at the beginning of the season
  • Lead team practices and conditioning sessions
  • Provide in-game strategy
  • Coordinate travel plans for away games


Tennis Coach Requirements and Qualifications

  • Possess a Substitute License or be able to obtain one
  • Experience as a volleyball player at the college level; coaching experience is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of game rules and coaching techniques
  • Leadership and communication skills
