Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring a Production Supervisor in the Oakmont area for a manufacturer of industrial chemical products. Annual salary of $70k + quarterly incentive bonuses possible. Production Supervisor Role & Requirements: - 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Union environment, managing Union personnel.
- Thorough understanding of production operations and machinery with exceptional mechanical aptitude.
- The ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
- Manage the workflow of production employees, delegate tasks, and assess the work performance of the employees, while identifying areas that need improvement.
- Onboard and Train employees on all aspects of the roles, including line changeovers and how to maintain/repair equipment.
- This is a direct hire position for the manufacturer.
- Starting annual salary of $70,000 with quarterly incentive bonuses based on safety record and overall performance.
- Full benefits package available within one month of hiring.
- Second shift position with flexible availability.
