Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCrucial Link is hiring in Wadsworth, OH for an Assembly General Laborer $15-18/hr depending on experience
7:00am – 3:30pm – No Weekends (break at 9:30am and 2:00pm)
Temp-To-Hire – the right candidate will earn their place with the host employer and will be eligible for a raise and benefits after approximately 90 days.
Work for an Industry Leader in Manufacturing, Design, Production, Printing, and Assembly Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assembly General Laborer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, be capable of performing quality control on their own work, demonstrate proficiency with tools, and exhibit a strong willingness to learn. The role requires punctuality, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to various tasks. Familiarity or experience with acrylic work is considered a bonus. Responsibilities:

Acrylic Work (Bonus):
  • If applicable, utilize skills and knowledge related to working with acrylic materials.

  • Previous experience in a general labor role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of tools and their applications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
