Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager. In this crucial role, you will oversee the entire life cycle of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to construction and completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. You will lead and collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, contractors, and other professionals to bring projects to fruition.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects,including planning,design,procurement,construction,and closeout.
  • Develop and implement project plans,schedules,and budgets,ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals from regulatory agencies.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors,vendors,and other project stakeholders.
  • Oversee construction activities,ensuring compliance with building codes,safety regulations,and project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress,identify and mitigate risks,and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends,technologies,and best practices in civil engineering.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of [Number] years of experience as a Civil Project Manager.
  • Proven experience in managing all phases of civil engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods,materials,and building codes.
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal,and leadership skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
