Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with customers in a positive and inviting manner, guiding them through the vehicle selection process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Sales Process: Assist customers in test-driving vehicles, explaining features and benefits, and negotiating pricing to ensure a seamless and enjoyable purchase experience.
Customer Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in automotive or related industries, is an asset.
Professionalism: Present yourself in a polished and professional manner, representing the dealership with integrity.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations to drive business growth.
