Janitorial Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing heavy cleaning duties for all corporate buildings. (Building A, B, Security Office, Shop Office, Medical Room & Apartments)

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Cleaning/Mopping/Vacuuming all floors – minimum three times weekly or as needed
• Cleaning all restrooms thoroughly – minimum three times weekly or as needed
• Removal of trash from all buildings – minimum three times weekly or as needed
• Thorough cleaning of Medical Room – minimum two times weekly or as needed
• Thorough cleaning of Apartments (3) – minimum two times weekly or as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Requires any combination of related education and training or equivalent experience in janitorial services totaling 2 years.
• Skills/ Abilities: Knowledgeable cleaning and some maintenance, physical stamina, physical dexterity, agility. Knowledge of chemicals and solvents. Good time management, attention to detail, ability to work independently.
