Our team of providers focuses on diagnosing spine and orthopedic injuries and then tailoring the most effective course of treatment for each patient. We are seeking a part-time PM&R physician to join us. We have 9 clinics throughout California including Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, Salinas, San Jose and Hayward.

The successful candidate will evaluate and direct patient care under our diagnostic guidelines and treatment protocols, including the use of interventional spine procedures, physical therapy, psychology, and responsible non-opioid medication management. As a member of our clinical team, responsibilities would include:

- Accurately monitor and formulate a differential diagnosis from assessments conducted within the clinic setting

- Perform ultrasound-guided interventional procedures such as:

• Facet Injections

• Joint injections

• Nerve blocks

• Caudal Epidurals

Fluoroscopy is also available but not required.

- Regenerative practice that performs PRP injections.

- Evaluate and recommend treatment options pursuant to practice specific protocols and evidenced-based guidelines

- Review treatment related reports and correspondence

- Monitor and document the effectiveness of treatment in relation to patient pain, function, quality of life, and coping skills

- Work effectively and efficiently within Advanced MD electronic medical records system. (Scribe provided)

Pay: $300,000.00 per year (With monthly bonuses after 18 months based on collections)
