Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Understand client insurance needs and provide personalized guidance.
  • Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls efficiently, resolving queries and offering solutions.
  • Policy Customization: Recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional coverage.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends to offer informed advice to clients.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish)
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting and surpassing client expectations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an office setting and work effectively with a team.
