Boar's Head Resort is seeking a qualified candidate for the Sous Chef position.
The position will be responsible for assisting all Chefs in culinary operations. Undertake the physical and administrative responsibilities in the relief or assistance of any Chefs as needed. Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a Lead Cook role; at least 3 years knowledge and experience in managing multiple associates; have Serve Safe Food Sanitation Certification or willingness to become certified. Culinary Associate degree preferred with fine dining experience. Schedule varies, including weekends and holidays.
