We are looking to add a Full-Time Customer Service Receptionist to our Service BDC team
The right candidate must be an outgoing, friendly team player, with a desire to succeed in a fast paced customer facing environment, and absolutely MUST LOVE customers
Responsibilities:
~ Scheduling service appointments for the service department
~ Handling incoming/outgoing calls and emails to schedule service appointments, contact customers after the visit, appointment reminder calls and various other efforts to best service our customers and their vehicle needs.
~Handle various organizational tasks within our varied computer systems.
~Assist customers in online Chat needs.
~Assist the Business Development Managers and Agents with various customer focused tasks.
Skills:
~Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong listening skills.
~Must have good telephone technique with well developed customer service skills.
~Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to think quickly under pressure.
~Ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs.
