Job Responsibilities:

•Prepare estimates after examining damaged vehicles, appraising vehicle damage to determine repair costs, and writing estimates

•Compare final invoice with original repair order

•Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service

•Be able to answer technical questions about vehicle repairs

•Deliver vehicle to customer after checking all the repairs are completed as planned

•Assist with maintaining production flow of the shop.



Job Qualifications:

Maintain a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service skills

ASE certification is a bonus

I-Car certifications

Knowledge of software such as CCC, Mitchell software, Dealer track and Insurance companies claim sites.
