The Jones Center is seeking qualified, bright, smiling faces to join our team. Are you looking for an environment where your talent and skill are appreciated with an opportunity to make a difference? In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression of The Jones Center creating a clean and safe environment in our facilities/housekeeping staff report directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Housekeeping staff members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, handling cleaning supplies, operating equipment, and creating a safe environment for patrons and staff.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas
  • Handling cleaning supplies and operating equipment in safe manner
  • Creating a safe environment for patrons and staff
  • You must be able to adapt to the changing needs of the facility in order to maintain cleanliness.
  • Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to reach arms above head, bend and twist as needed during normal cleaning duties.

Previous janitorial experience preferred. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

The Jones Center is a recreation, education, and event center for families in downtown Springdale, Arkansas

The Jones Center boasts a year-round ice arena, junior-Olympic lap pool, activity pool with a slide, world-class bike park, basketball court, fitness center, indoor track, conference center, and chapel/auditorium.

Our facility is home to regional youth sports such as the AquaHawgs swim team and the NWA Hockey Association as well as individual sports and activities like gymnastics, ballet, Taekwondo, and figure skating at affordable pricing for families.

The Jones Center offers both memberships and scholarships, including free fitness classes such as Zumba, yoga, Silver Sneakers, synergy, and spin classes. Several other nonprofits organizations operate within our 220,000 sq. ft facility, including, Camp War Eagle and Hass Hall Academy.

Our Purpose is to strengthen our community by serving families and nonprofits to enrich lives and celebrate all cultures.
