Responsibilities

Account Manager will:


  • Foster great relationships with new and existing clients
  • Answer incoming live phone calls
  • Process client policy change requests promptly
  • Understand prospects needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Cross-sell or refer clients to Agency Producers
  • Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective clients
  • Ask each client for referrals and online reviews
  • Have fun while being a part of a competitive team
  • Career advancement opportunities available

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Insurance customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have a California P&C license or be willing to obtain
  • Proven track record of being a problem solver
  • Must be resourceful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must enjoy being in a competitive environment
  • Must be coachable and open to constructive criticism
