Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

Job Summary: This position is responsible for Preventative Maintenance (inspections and repairs) on all types of woodworking machinery in accordance to Manufacturer’s specifications and Departmental standards. This position will also assist Maintenance Technicians with troubleshooting and general repairs.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Completes Preventative Maintenances on shop floor equipment and documents PMs actions
  • Assist with any mechanical installations, equipment repairs and fabrications
  • Document machine history reports. Recommend changes to manuals as needed. Report any needed repairs by completion of work order
  • Knowledge of all machine operations
  • Experience with Fabrication and Welding
  • Follows all company, NEC, EPA and OSHA regulations
  • Additional general maintenance duties as required.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All other duties as assigned.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to Inventory Receiving Manager

CONTACTS:

Interacts with all team members

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Industrial Woodworking Production Environment

COMPENSATION:

Non-exempt Hourly

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
