  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment or specific medical devices.
  • Inspect, test, replace and adjust malfunctioning components and parts.
  • Keep records of system problems and issues.
  • Perform general equipment repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain files, supplies, and parts.
  • Maintain knowledge current within the field.
  • Perform cost containment measures by sourcing the most cost-efficient measures to maintain diagnostic equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Work with high-tech laboratory or diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing corrective and preventive maintenance on high-tech diagnostic equipment such as CT and MRI.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Analyze and interpret complex information related to equipment malfunctions.
  • Ability to follow complex written instructions and perform tasks.
  • Ability to perform during emergency or stressful situations.
  • Ability to learn equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
