Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched accurately and timely.
  • Implement and manage warehouse layout and space optimization.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and provide leadership to warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Use warehouse management software to streamline operations.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse performance.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $22.00 - $23.00/hour.
