Come join our team as Production Team Supervisor

As a Production Team Supervisor, you will work side by side with your team while ensuring their success in meeting the company goals. You will be responsible for managing a diverse and talented manufacturing team. Your primary goal is to properly organize team members and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day.

What you will do:


  • Supervises production employees working in the Laser area, assisting employees on production floor as needed
  • Ensure Laser Lead, Machine Operators and Quality Control are following all procedures and policies
  • Reviews employee performance annually, provides performance, behavioral and/or attendance coaching and disciplinary action
  • Responsible for safety regulation compliance of the team
  • Monitors employee productivity and provides training and coaching to improve performance
  • Identifies and lead improvement efforts for area; reduce waste and increase efficiency

What you need to have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating employees
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people in the work area of various backgrounds and ethnicities
  • Treat everyone with dignity and respect and maintain professionalism in all circumstances
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on efficiency and clarity
  • Good practical experience with MS Office and comfortable with technology
  • Ability to multi-task , prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Two to four years of related manufacturing experience, with at least two years Supervisor experience
  • High school diploma, associates degree desired
