Warehouse Associate
Ludlow, MA

Salary: $18-$23/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Ludlow, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in receiving, uploading, and organizing incoming shipments, including equipment from technicians in the field. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

- Receive, upload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Input and manage inventory data in our warehouse management system with precision.
- Assist in the creation and management of shipping and receiving reports.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Drive a 26-foot truck to perform pickups and drop-offs of coolers and ice makers.
- Scan barcodes, serial numbers, makes, and models of coolers upon receipt and assess their condition.
- Help organize and clean the fleet of trucks.
- Prepare outbound shipments (both small package and freight).
- Create shipping labels, BOLs, and/or schedule LTL/FTL logistics and manage the loading of outbound shipments onto trucks.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Previous experience working with LTL/FTL and common carriers (UPS/FedEx) is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge and experience using spreadsheets.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
- D.O.T License or the ability to obtain one is required.
