Role: Oracle Cloud ERP functional Architect

Location: SFO, CA (Hybrid onsite)

Client: Cognizant

Duration: 12 months contract

Responsibility

o Sr. Functional Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience in Oracle

Financial Cloud

o Must have extensive experience in Oracle Financial Cloud - Oracle Advance Collections, Oracle Cloud FIN - Receivables and Oracle Cloud FIN - General Ledger.

o Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Sourcing is a plus.

o This role involves designing and implementing financial solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Begin each bp with a present tense action verb. (i.e., develop software)

Define the work a new hire needs to do rather than the skills needed to do the work Identify what a new hire is expected to own, teach, learn, and improve.

Highlight interesting projects and visible influence

Convey explicit, measurable goals new hire is expected to achieve. Spell out specific result Outline what success looks like, impact over the 1st year and growth potential.
