THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS ENTRY-LEVEL IT - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERN

This is a full-time position As an IT Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues. Your day will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software, and monitoring and assisting with cyber security measures. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and providing training and support to team members on the use of computer systems and software. Additionally, you will research and recommend solutions for technical problems and support and enhance agency data systems.


OUR IDEAL ENTRY-LEVEL IT - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERN

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Valid Illinois driver's license
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software as well as network and system security
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation
  • Passion and commitment to shape and drive IT and cyber security excellence
