Descripción General:

Los gerentes de proyectos son responsables de controlar cada etapa de las instalaciones o reparaciones de techos en propiedades. Su objetivo es completar los proyectos en los horarios proporcionados por los clientes y constructores dentro de los presupuestos establecidos, asegurando que los equipos de techado trabajen en condiciones de obras conformes a OSHA. Para llevar a cabo sus funciones, los gerentes de proyectos de techado requieren habilidades y experiencia en supervisión, costos de proyectos y planificación de proyectos, además de un conocimiento integral de las técnicas y materiales de techado.

Deberes:
  • Participar en la planificación de proyectos, incluidas las actividades previas a la construcción y la estimación de trabajos.
  • Preparar informes para clientes, contratistas y su equipo de gestión sobre el costo y el progreso del trabajo.
  • Resaltar cualquier problema de calidad o problema operativo que afecte el progreso del trabajo, y registrar detalles de cualquier inspección por parte de agrimensores o funcionarios del gobierno local.
  • Control de calidad, asegurando que todo el trabajo se complete según las especificaciones del proyecto, los dibujos arquitectónicos y la satisfacción del propietario.
  • Identificar proactivamente los cambios en el alcance del proyecto y garantizar que se tomen las medidas adecuadas.
  • Una vez que un nuevo proyecto es proporcionado por el Gerente de Ventas/Estimador, que incluye pero no se limita al alcance del trabajo, presupuestos, contratos, presentaciones, & NOC, es responsabilidad del Gerente de Proyectos iniciar el proceso de planificación y revisión.
  • Suministrar y contratar subcontratistas que trabajen durante la duración del proyecto o seleccionar un equipo de techadores a tiempo completo empleados por la empresa.
  • En el sitio, supervisar al equipo e inspeccionar la calidad del trabajo para asegurarse de que cumple con los estándares derivados de las presentaciones.
  • Completar otras tareas a discreción de la administración.
Requisitos:
  • Conocimiento de detalles de techado y experiencia en instalaciones en gestión de campo
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión y organización
  • Conocimiento de seguridad en construcción, techado y OSHA
  • Capacidad para identificar y solucionar filtraciones en techos
  • Gestión diaria de todos los aspectos de los proyectos de techado para asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad, los presupuestos y los plazos de programación.
  • Mínimo de 3 años de conocimiento en techado residencial o comercial
  • Conocimiento de programas de reparación y mantenimiento de techos
  • Licencia válida de Florida y buen historial de manejo.
  • Bilingüe en inglés y español es una ventaja.
  • Capacidad para levantar un mínimo de 50 libras.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal para articular claramente con varios departamentos
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
  • Buenas habilidades informáticas (Word y Excel) para generar informes, extraer datos y compartir esta información con otros miembros del equipo en actualizaciones de proyectos.
