We are looking for a Finish Blade Operator to join our team. This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round. We are currently looking for a Blade Operator to join our team.

As a successful Blade/Motor Grader Operator you will have:
- Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state and federal regulations
- 5+ years knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
- Global Positioning System (GPS) experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.

Role Overview:
This position is responsible to safety operate motor grader/blade to spread and level dirt, gravel and stone to grade specifications. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.

Wage Range: $33-$36 per hour depending on experience.
