Introduction:
We are hiring a Test Examiner To administer tests, provide control of the tests and work
with both military and civilian agencies that provide, score or otherwise control the tests
used. Work day shall be scheduled with Far Gov. The work schedule is typically working 16 -
20 hours per week (one-four hour units two days a week and two-four hour units one day a
week). The remaining units will be distributed throughout the week as needed. The
candidate shall work three to five units per week, except for Federal Holidays, approved
requested time-off and Air Force Space Command down days. Absences will be coordinated
in advance with Far Gov, except those circumstances such as sickness or injury that do not
allow advance notification. Time-off requests shall be coordinated with Far Gov. The
candidate shall take into account such factors as whether the timing of leave would be
detrimental to the Education and Training Section mission. Non-emergency leave of 1 week
or more must be scheduled with Far Gov at least 2 weeks in advance and may not exceed
two weeks at a time with a maximum of 4 weeks in one fiscal year. If the candidate is
required to attend job related meetings or training outside the normal duty hours, they shall
adjust their schedule so as not to exceed 20 hours for the week. The candidate shall
coordinate directly with Far Gov.

Scope of Work:
The candidate shall administer tests, provide control of the tests and work with both
military and civilian agencies that provide, score or otherwise control the tests used. The
candidate shall conduct precise inventories and be responsible for test
accountability/security. The candidate shall oversee and maintain the integrity of the testing
facility to include following all the procedural guidance issued by Headquarters United
States Air Force, Air Force Space Command, Defense Language Institute, Air Force Institute
for Advanced Distributed Learning (AFIADL), Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education
Support (DANTES), Educational Testing Services (ETS), Distance Learning and educational
institutions.
Qualifications:
A bachelor degree from an accredited American college or university is required. Excellent
customer service skills and verbal communication skills are essential. Appropriate related
professional work or volunteer experience desirable. Knowledge of/experience with AF
terminology, office procedures, and education programs plus familiarity/facility with
WINDOWS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access is desirable. Resumes and
transcripts shall be submitted with bid packages to the base contracting office.
Duties:
Required to order, stock, distribute, proctor, mail, receive, or destroy tests and /or related
materials in accordance with local procedures, checklists or guidance from the test owner.
The candidate shall be responsible for following the local Test Examiner Procedures and
Guidelines on a daily basis, in accordance with the candidate's schedule. The candidate's
duties shall include, but are not limited to:
• Receive and process tests in accordance with local procedures and guidance
• Print testing roster, pull appropriate tests/answer sheets and print student validation
for CerTests/E-exams prior to testing session.
• Independently conduct testing sessions ensuring all policies and procedures are
followed
• Coordinate with colleges/universities to ensure they know proctors contact
information, method of delivering tests to test center and how tests are to be
returned to school after completion.
• Uses the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS) to maintain
test rosters and schedule students.
• Verifies student's testing eligibility in CDSAR, AUSIS, TCO Portal, or Prometric.
• Ensures that PME testing scores have been received and posted to CDSAR/AUSI
