JOB DUTIES

  • Title and register vehicles sold at Allen Turner Hyundai, Allen Turner Pre-Owned and Allen Turner Genesis 
  • Coordinate with finance managers in order to complete required paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are completed correctly 
  • Visit the DMV in person at least weekly for various reasons, including but not limited to walk-throughs and retrieving duplicate titles
  • Maintain a system to verify out of state titles
  • Correct registrations that have errors
  • Complete license plate replacements when needed 
  • Work with lenders to verify title status
  • Contact customers with title related questions 
  • Maintain tag and title schedule, refund checks as needed 
  • Order supplies including plates, temporary tags, and certain title documents
  • Coordinate between the dealership, Auto Data Direct, Department of Motor Vehicles, and other states as needed
  • Daily accounting office work, such as posting issuances and filing
  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 year title experience required (2+ years title experience preferred)

  • Great customer service skills

  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Team oriented and self motivated 

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
