Job Title: Supervisor, Transportation
Department/Function: Global Logistics & Warehouse Dept

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee International Logistics: Manage international logistics transportation for the United States and Southeast Asia, providing support to related business operations.
  2. Logistics Planning: Develop transportation plans based on business requirements, monitor shipment status, ensure timely delivery, and address any abnormalities through statistical analysis.
  3. Team Guidance: Provide guidance to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with business departments, offering logistics information support, documenting project-specific logistics considerations, and creating operation instructions.
  5. Quality Improvement: Collaborate with various departments and agents to enhance transportation timeliness and service quality.
  6. TMS System Promotion: Drive the development, research, and implementation of the overseas American Transportation Management System (TMS).
  7. Meeting Leadership: Lead weekly and monthly meetings for the global logistics and warehousing department, documenting progress and action items.
  8. Additional Duties: Handle other logistics and transportation-related tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Education: Associate Degree or higher.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics-related roles.
  3. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, ERP, and Transportation Management Software.
  4. Language Skills: Understanding of Chinese is a plus but not required.
  5. Communication: Strong communication skills.
