Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Trainer to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our franchisees nationwide by providing comprehensive training in sales techniques and field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchising, coupled with proven sales expertise and a passion for educating others.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchisee Training:

  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of franchisees.
  • Conduct on-site visits to evaluate and coach franchisees in sales and field operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure consistent and effective implementation of sales strategies
Sales Training:
  • Design and implement sales training modules focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and seminars to enhance sales skills and capabilities of franchisees.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to franchisees for continuous improvement.
Field Operations Training:
  • Educate franchisees on best practices for field operations, including inventory management, customer service, and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist franchisees in optimizing field operations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Travel:
  • Travel nationwide to conduct training sessions, attend franchise meetings, and support franchisees in various locations.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees through regular communication and collaboration.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the franchise development team to ensure alignment between training programs and franchisee needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to share insights and best practices that can benefit the entire franchise network.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchising and sales.
  • Proven track record in training and development.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively nationwide.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for helping others succeed and grow their business.
