Summary

This position is responsible for various functions of the Revenue Cycle team with a focus primarily on Incentive Compensation both for Internal and External Sales support. Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principles, SQL queries and database structure is required in order to be successful in this role. This position requires the ability to prioritize, plan, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly commission payments, reports, and statements for Brokers/Consultants
  • Perform Commission Reconciliations for Brokers/Consultants, as needed.
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure all Broker/Consultant fees are in the pricing database for accurate and timely commission payments
  • Upload monthly Statements to SharePoint/Finance Portal for Broker/Consultant Review that are paid ACH
  • Mail physical checks and statements to Broker/Consultants that are not setup with ACH
  • Assist Account Executives in External Broker/Consultant meetings to resolve any concerns the client may have
  • Evaluate current processes to look for improvements in efficiency.
  • Manage emails from Broker/Consultants that come through the Client Payments email
  • Troubleshoot current SQL Coding when needed and understand the overall process that the job is completing.
  • Answers internal questions related to Broker/Consultant Incentive Compensation.
  • Advanced planning skills; must have the ability to manage tasks to successful timely conclusions.
  • Support the Revenue Cycle team with other duties as assigned.
  • Work closely with all levels, including Upper Management on Incentive Compensation Reporting
Education and Experience
  • Must possess a 4 year degree, preferably in accounting or finance, with proven quantitative experience
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • PBM, healthcare, pharmaceutical experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Access required
  • Knowledgeable in Alteryx is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate understanding of Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data based on results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to listen and understand information and ideas that are presented verbally
  • A working understanding of Great Plains, or equivalent software

Work Environment / Physical Demands

This position is in both a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer and in an external environment where travel is required. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. This role is hybrid requiring presence, in our office located in Lakeland, FL, a minimum of 6 days per month.
