Job Title: On Ice Hockey Counselor

Reports to: Associate Director

Supervises: No supervisory responsibilities

Job Summary

The Once Ice Hockey Counselor supports the mission of Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation (MAC) and

Morrisville State College by promoting hockey at the IcePlex. The On Ice Hockey Counselor will help support the coaches and staff on ice with overseeing and demonstrating drills during clinics and Learn to

Skate.

Essential Functions

• Assist coaches and staff on ice with set ups of clinics
• Assist coaches and staff with the demonstration of ice hockey drills
• Assist coaches and staff with teaching of basic skating skills to beginners
• Take part in practice planning sessions
• Assist with any check in procedures used for Clinics and Learn to Skate

• Ability to read practice plan
