Job DescriptionJob Description Data Entry Analyst POSITION SUMMARY:

Charlotte's Coffee House seeks a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team. The Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data across various systems, analyzing data to provide insights, and supporting the management team with data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers opportunities for growth, a supportive team environment, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.
- Assist in developing and implementing data management processes and best practices.

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Proficient in data entry software and analytical tools; experience with Quickbooks and Google Drive is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
