The candidate will be responsible for leading a number of highly visible initiatives to sup-port Multifamily Business and Engineering teams. You will helpyour team through transformation into Agile Architecture and will Collaborate with Business Architects, Chief ProductOwner, Product Owner, Agile Coach to ensure Solutionand Technical Architecture creation for a given requirement/feature/initiativeCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Risk Security groups to ensure new and existing solutionsare aligned with enterprise standardsPartner with business and IT stakeholders to driveproduct research, RFP/vendor interview from technical perspective and POCs activities for COTS solutionin a buy decision and owns the responsibility to communicate business cases for TAWG/ARB approvalsWork with development leads on design brainstorming and design review to ensure alignment with architecture, patterns and standardsWork with ART members to resolve implementationissues from business or technical requirements, de-sign, code, testing, to technology/platformYour Impact:Introduce the overall technical vision for a particularsolution by defining and establishing the solutionarchitectureDefine High Level Solution Intent, target state architectures and their roadmaps for portfolio products bycollaborating with Business Architects, CPOs, POs,CDL and other business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment in visions, goals and objectives.Define and create reference architectures andarchitecture/design patterns to ensure consistent implementation of the architecture roadmapsOwn and drive development and maintenance of detailed solution intent, product architecture for a responsible ARTs (information, application, technology,security and deployment view points) that addressesfunctional and non-functional requirements and ensures alignment in implementationPlan and Develop Architectural Runway in support ofnew business Features and CapabilitiesIdentify solution alternatives and/or new technologiesto meet new business needs or solve existing business concerns, such as customer experience, operational efficiency, performance and cost effectiveness.Build Reference Application/Implementation forreusability and accelerated adoption of new architectural standards/patternsDevelop/Maintain Application Design pattern catalogQualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture andBusiness Application developmentPrior Software development background5+ years of relevant task management experienceHands-on and architectural experience with modernCloud Native architectures is required in this role, aswell as, proven record of leading architects throughorganizational transformations3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture preferredPrior experience in the primary or secondary mort-gage industry is desirableDeep knowledge of various enterprise level Platformswidely used in the industry preferredExtensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 factor applications etc.Keys to Success in this Role:Highly motivated and energetic self-starter withstrong organizational and time management skills;proven experience operating at high standards ofquality and accuracy within a fast paced changingenvironmentExcellent communication, leadership and relationshipmanagement skills, that enable partnering with andinfluencing key stakeholders in an open, collaborativeenvironment at all levels in an organizationTechnical and Architectural leadership with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud based distributed systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
