We are searching for an outstanding Business Analyst to join our team. If you have 2 or more years of experience, a passion for construction, and an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects, then please read on

What you'll be doing: 

  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy within the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Assist in ongoing projects related to (1) data collection, governance, and accessibility (2) development and integration of analytics for various departments of DeAngelis Diamond.
  • Support deployment of company-wide performance dashboards by leveraging tools like Tableau and Power BI to contribute to the development of Advanced Analytics capabilities.
  • Use DD Standard Operating Procedures for all assigned administrative, management and construction tasks.
  • Attend a minimum of 4 DD Academy training classes each year.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and high level of integrity while understanding the culture and values of DeAngelis Diamond.
  • Work with the Head of Innovation to ensure analytics projects are appropriately prioritized to meet business needs.

  • Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.
  • Proficient computer skills in SQL, Python, Tableau and/or Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Box.
  • Passionate about learning and applying new technologies, concepts and innovative solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience as a business intelligence or data analyst professional.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in programs focused on Finance or Data & Analytics
  • Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standard.
  • Able to function in a positive, friendly, high energy and collaborative environment.
