Montana Psychiatry & Brain Health Center is a growing private practice that offers traditional and innovative Psychiatric services. These services include Psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy, as well as TMS and IV Ketamine for treatment of depression. We are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated Licensed Clinician to join our team. Interested candidates must have experience, and must be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally. We treat patients with all stages of mental disease, from severe mental illness with complete impairment, to first responders with PTSD and adjustment disorders in corporate executives. Requirements:

Requirements
  1. Lead Intensive Outpatient Therapy Groups & Individual Therapy Sessions: Able to assist in Facilitating IOP group therapy sessions to promote peer support and skill-building and conduct individual therapy sessions to address clients' specific needs.
  2. Assessment and Treatment Planning: Therapists assess clients' mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  3. Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crises that may arise during therapy sessions or in the community, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any other required documentation.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and provide a holistic approach to treatment.
  6. Education and Support: Educate clients about mental health, coping mechanisms, and strategies for maintaining mental well-being. Offer support and encouragement throughout the treatment process.
