This is a pivotal position for our team; internal and external customers, who is focused on supporting the program and its growth.
Responsibilities
- Ability to utilize test equipment including spectrum analyzers, power meters, and multi-meters to troubleshoot. Isolate, and resolve issues with the TSVCIS test environment.
- Developing and maintaining NSA’s TSVCIS CTT environment
- Developing test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Assist with operational views, technical standards views, and system and services views for related TSVCIS architectures using applicable DoDAF standards.
- Provide technical support for the testing of components of complex hardware and software systems
- Support the planning and test-analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process (as well as other Government Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes.

- Knowledge of
- Tactical RF and Signals (required)
- Familiarity with the Windows and Ubuntu operating system.
- - Knowledge of LINUX administration
- - IP Networking
- - Knowledge of radio frequency operating theory
- - Ability to connect radios using RF cables and attenuators to communicate
- - Ability to utilize test equipment including spectrum analyzers, power meters, and multi-meters to troubleshoot.
- Possess the knowledge of how to isolate, and resolve issues with the TSVCIS test environment.
- Must demonstrate a respectful demeanor.
- Military trained.
- Experience in Space/Weapon/Ground/Terminal system development and or evaluation with Cybersecurity design experience is desired.
- DoD Certification/Accreditation Process (as well as other Government Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes.
- NSA experience.
Clearance:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering or mathematics (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems)
- 2-7 Direct relatable experience
- 4 years of experience can substitute for a degree.
Location:
- Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.
- This is a hybrid remote position based on the government customer’s approval.
- 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Travel:
- Travel requirements will fluctuate but are not expected to be over 25%
