Bay Paws Pet Resort in Tampa, FL is looking for pet pal, fun loving individuals to join our strong team. We are located at 1212 N 34th St, Tampa, FL, 33605. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Bring pets to their assigned areas
  • Contacting pet parents and veterinary clinics for updated pet records
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Learn and understand internal computer system to maintain client profiles
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Enter data into reports as needed
  • Field telephone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Assisting with pet care - as needed


Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and create orderly systems
  • Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, word, dropbox, etc.
