Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences? DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is seeking dedicated Hosts to join us in creating memorable stays for our guests. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while working in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Compensation:

$13 Hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Learn the menu, including the daily specials and accurately describe how dishes are prepared
  • Check the dining room constantly for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments on the table as necessary
  • Greet guests warmly as they enter to create a positive first impression of the restaurant
  • Help clear and wipe down tables and set up tables with utensils and glassware for the next party
  • Handle booking of reservations, be quick to solve seating problems, and troubleshoot any phone inquiries from customers
Qualifications:
  • Excellent people skills, time management, organization skills, and the ability to handle customer requests and situations quickly with a pleasant demeanor
  • Adapt easily to working in a fast-paced team environment with long hours of standing on feet and moving around
  • Strong work ethic
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
About Company

DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is a 156-room full-service hotel located in the Riverview Square development, steps from Austin Peay State University and FM Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee. It will comfortably accommodate groups of up to 250, and the meeting space features two ballrooms, a boardroom, and a breakout space, as well as an outdoor terrace. Our dining options boast elevated casual cuisine and weekend brunch, and private dining space will be available.
