Stateline Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge in Fort Mill is looking for a parts department administrative assistant to become a part of our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with a great personality, good people skills, good organizational skills, good attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow. This position will consist of working with our parts administrator and parts management in order to help make sure that our department is running smoothly and that all of our administrative needs are handled. Ultimately, this position, along with our other administrative positions, is what allows us to do a good job taking care of our parts and service customers. This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate for the role.

Duties: Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reconciling deliveries and manifests within our shipping system
  • Processing and reconciling payments
  • Reviewing department receivables
  • Sending customer statements and taking payments
  • Interfacing with our customers regarding their accounts
  • Processing and sending payments for our partner dealerships
  • Sending invoices and credits to customers
  • Assisting the parts department administrator with daily and weekly tasks
  • Assisting with department accounting tasks
  • Other related tasks as needed

 

Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm

 

Qualifications: 

Our ideal candidate will be someone with a great personality who likes working with people, has good organizational skills, and is able to pay attention to detail. The most important things to us are personality and a desire to learn. We are willing to train and grow the right candidates. Additional qualification requirements include:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good work ethic
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic math and phone skills
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills

Pay and Benefits: 

  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
