Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent to (REQUIRED).
• RN Certification
• BLS Certification

Experience: Preferred 2 + years in a patient care setting

Other Qualifications Required:

• Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms using the English language.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, patients, physicians, peers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
• Work well with other and show leadership supervisory ability.
• Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures, and the regulations, laws and guidelines pertaining to long term care.
• Maintain a cheerful, patient and enthusiastic disposition and handle difficult residents.
• Open to work days and nights.
