Service Greeter

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promptly Greet each and every one of our Guests;

“Hi, Welcome to..… My name is… How can I assist you today?”

• Direct or Route guests to appropriate personnel for Assistance;
• Keep Guests updated on their assign Advisor status and ETA;
• Offer water bottles for every and each one of our Guests;
• When asked to adjust the tire pressure on a guest vehicle, make sure to have the TPC waiver form signed at all times;
• Be aware of Advisors and Managers on site Schedules and Teams;
• ALWAYS GREET GUEST WITH A SMILE;
• If any Guest is unsatisfied or unhappy, promptly get a Manager on site to address and solve the issue;
• Listen to our Guests, make sure we are prioritizing their requests.

• Proven work experience as a Greeter or similar role
• Customer service experience a plus
• An understanding of our product(s) and the product(s) of our main competitors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
