Groundsperson - full time Portland Maine

Concord Coach Lines is looking to add a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance individual to the team at the Portland Maine Transportation Center. This is an in-person, position with year-round stability. The primary schedule is Sunday - Thursday 700am - 330pm but flexibility to adjust for snow removal or other fill in needs is required.
If you are a self-starter who is energetic, hardworking, and detail oriented, and looking to be a part of a great team with an established company, we want to hear from you. This position entails general building maintenance, including landscaping, snow removal, and janitorial duties. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, and the willingness to perform related jobs as necessary.

Duties and requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Building maintenance and landscaping experience
- Snow Removal duties; experience a plus
- Occasional fill in evening bus washing
- Ability to do heavy lifting as necessary
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and establish schedules for routine maintenance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings including drug screen
