- Present and offer supplemental benefits to business owners and their employees
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Set and reach agreed upon sales targets and goals
- Attend training and agency meetings
- Maintain relationships and service current customers
- Outgoing personality, comfortable talking to others
- Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
- Self-disciplined and personal drive
- Previous experience in face to face B2B sales is preferred
