Location: Arlington, TX
Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will drive the companys operational excellence and long-term growth by overseeing daily operations and implementing strategies to expand customer relationships and revenue streams. In this critical leadership role, the COO will develop and execute business strategies in partnership with the CEO to ensure the companys continued growth and innovation. This includes leading efforts to build solution proposals, secure client approvals, manage ongoing customer service agreements, and explore new opportunities to enhance service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of SaaS solutions and efficient internal processes.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage the companys long-term strategic roadmap in partnership with the executive team, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
- Business Growth: Drive strategic initiatives to increase market share, develop new revenue streams, and position Software Celebrate as a leader in the SaaS industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring proactive engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Solution Proposal Development: Collaborate with Ayoka Systems and internal teams to create custom SaaS solutions, tailored to client needs, and secure client approvals.
- Revenue and Contract Management: Oversee the development of monthly service agreements and explore upselling opportunities to expand service packages and increase revenue.
- Process and Efficiency Optimization: Continuously assess and improve internal processes, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead the integration of operational strategy across multiple teams, including sales, operations, and technology partners, to drive cohesive execution of business goals.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Lead market research efforts to understand industry trends and competitive dynamics, integrating insights into strategic planning and product offerings.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop teams across operations, client management, and business development to achieve high performance and operational success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in operations or SaaS-related roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strategic Expertise: Strong experience in developing and executing business strategies, particularly in scaling operations and driving revenue growth.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- SaaS and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with software development and SaaS business models, including working with technology partners.
- Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to assess business challenges, optimize processes, and develop innovative solutions.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing business operations in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
