We are looking for energetic, outgoing people who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to students and visitors. You will serve as a leader and point of contact during designated shifts, overseeing daily operations, resolving any issues that may arise, and upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for aquatic education and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations
  • Supervise staff, including instructors, lifeguards and administrative personnel
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Support financial management, including budget planning and expense monitoring.
  • Assist in community engagement and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Swimming experience preferred
  • Ability to complete or willingness to train to complete a 300-yard swim, and 2 minutes of treading water
  • Lifeguard & CPR certification preferred, but not required (will certify right candidate)
