Broadlawns Medical Center has partnered with the Iowa Workforce Development in 2023 on a Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Program resulting in AAS Degree
This will be a two year program that blends classroom learning, on the job training and incremental skill development. Mentors are assigned for support and to assist apprentices in overcoming any barriers.
** Shadowing experiences are provided.**
