Any Lab Test Now is a leading provider of direct-access lab testing services, allowing individuals to take control of their health by conveniently and affordably accessing a wide variety of lab tests without the need for a doctor's order. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and take charge of their well-being. Our walk-in, independently owned small business retail franchise location is currently accepting applications for energetic, customer-oriented staff members to join our team

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team at Any Lab Test Now. In this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to provide accessible and efficient laboratory services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and professionalism.
  • Prepare patients for laboratory tests and procedures.
  • Perform injections
  • Perform drug, dna and rapid testing such as flu, strep, RSV, and COVID
  • Collect and label specimens accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering calls
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in venipuncture and specimen collection techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a laboratory is a plus.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures is an advantage.

We are looking for a part time individual who can potentially move to full time. Pay is DOE.

Saturday's are required for this position.
