We Wash Windows in McPherson, KS is on the hunt for a dedicated, detail-oriented person to join us as a part-time Industrial Porter - Janitor If you enjoy working independently and using your hands to solve problems, you could be the perfect fit

This entry-level janitorial position earns a starting wage of $14.50/hour. After 90 days, you receive a $1.00 raise. You work the day shift, typically from 6:00 am - 12:00 pm, Monday - Friday. You could also work an optional Saturday shift that is 2 hours shorter. We help take care of our team by offering:

• Globe Life (accident and ICU) after 90 days
• PTO after 180 days

OUR IDEAL INDUSTRIAL PORTER - JANITOR

Janitorial experience would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level position. Here are the minimum qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Residence within commuting distance of our Kansas office
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Personal smartphone for clocking in and out

In this custodial position, you travel between two manufacturing plants within one mile of each other. Working independently, you clean up around your assigned job sites and make each facility shine. No stone is left unturned as you clean bathrooms, tidy breakrooms, and stock products like paper towels. You take pride in transforming spaces and creating better environments for others
