Production Associate

CertaPro Painters of North Canton is growing and looking to add a Production Associate to our team. This person would oversee the residential painting production process and serve as the key point person for BOTH our painting crews and customers. This person will need to have strong skills in communication, customer service and problem solving. Performance in the role is measured by customer and crew satisfaction.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Job Site Supervisors (painting crew leads) by providing them the support and guidance they need to manage their crews efficiently and effectively
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience and resource for our home and business owners to dramatically differentiate ourselves from our competition
  • Visit job sites daily checking in with crews and homeowners ensuring smooth executions
  • Ensure that our painting crews deliver the highest quality work in the most efficient way
  • Recruit, hire and retain the best Painting Crews and job site supervisors in the business
  • Work hand in hand with the Sales Associate and Office Manager to drive production schedules, crew staffing and flow of work.
  • Respond to client concerns or issues with a positive attitude, a solutions oriented approach and quick & efficient resolution.
  • Be a team player. Over-communicate and collaborate with our internal team to help ensure success, deliver positive results and drive growth for the business.
  • Provide office staff backup when the Office manager is out of the office

  • Knowledge in the painting process and industry products.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and some nights depending on the project.
